CLOSED access renewal

I have reloaded the above REX programme which was purchased from Justflight on order : JFL253928BB6343432E

with Activation code:xxxxxxxxxxxx

All loaded ok but then in configuration manager requires the access payment again which I believe to be wrong. Even when I try it says purchase error.

help please

Hi David,

 

Please do the following:

 

1.) Please go to this website to reset your account:

http://www.rexwebservices.com/issuetracker/customervalidation.aspx   

 

2.) Then open REX and navigate to the CONFIGURATION MANAGER->GENERAL TAB

 

3.) Click the RESTORE button under the BACKUP/RESTORE CONFIGURATION SETTINGS header.

 

4.) Enter your username and password you created when you purchased the item.  If you can't remember your password go to this page to retrieve it:

http://www.rexwebservices.com/issuetracker/useraccount.aspx

 

5.) Click the RESTORE button

 

This will reinstate your access.

I am having same issue. I did the steps listed above and still get the popup saying my card is expired, enter new card info. I checked my card account and $1.99 was charged on May 7th. I am using FSX and the steps listed above go to a site that says P3D reset. Does that matter?

oscmac, it sounds like you are having issues with FlightAware activation rather than P3D activation. Please email us at support@rexgamestudios.com
