RESOLVED PREPAR3D USER ACCESS

Recommended Posts

Hello,
On my old PC I had FSX and P3D and REX Environment Xtreme. I had paid Prepar3d User Access. On my new pc I reinstalled P3D alone. They ask me to pay again.

Thank you for your reply.

In REX Ess just log in with your username and password and run restore and the product will be activated again.

Enter your profile name in the box on the left and press restore. If this does not work use the forgot password feature to help you along.

Please do the following:

1.) Please go to this website to reset your account:

http://www.rexwebservices.com/issuetracker/customervalidation.aspx

2.) Then open REX and navigate to the CONFIGURATION MANAGER->GENERAL TAB

3.) Click the RESTORE button under the BACKUP/RESTORE CONFIGURATION SETTINGS header.

4.) Enter your username and password you created when you purchased the item.  If you can't remember your password go to this page to retrieve it:

http://www.rexwebservices.com/issuetracker/useraccount.aspx

5.) Click the RESTORE button

This will reinstate your access.

Let me know if there is anything else we can assist you with?

Thank you for your answers.

I found my license. However, in the weather menu of P3D I do not find REX. In P3D the textures do not load but the connection exists.
Cordially.

Could you have created a different or purchased the P3D access using a different email address?
