Need some help due to previous Win 10 Crash

I purchased an upgrade to my REX HD Worldwide Airports along with a new Steam version of FSX on June 3 2018 on Order #1039720.

In the process FSPS advised to install using my original Key S/N.

Upon the initial install screen it ask for my key# which I provided and all went well. When I opened the program it ask me to register the product again along with my email, name and S/N again. This program refused to register me and will not play.

What is wrong and pls advise what I need to due to get going.   Please with sugar on top
