Hello for many time i have no use this computer and now im updating all software; i read before on the top download "mandatory" of this new realease "Airport HD..."

I have been downloaded it when it me request the serial number its said " serial key invalid"

I purchase REX 4 Direct in 2014 but works perfect i install all the updates etc.

Somone can help me or check mi order status its ok? the are atach in my signature.

Any chance of getting verificatioon??   I have asked several times but completery ignored.  I've had the product for several years and hadn't had to ask anything until now.  Customer service here is rather slack!

You have never inquired for, nor denied support here. You have only posted for verification, which you have been verified for OVER 30 days.

Post your support inquiry in the proper area of the forum for support.

Ahh no I made my request for verification on Saturday just gone not 30 days ago......I have had no notfication that my verification had been made...in any case I will now head to the support forum.  Thanks
