This is due to the fact that we haven't verified your order number yet. Normally we have users post it in this topic: Support Forum Verification

 

However, since you already have it posted here, once Tim comes by he can complete the verification process.

You posted the incorrect order number in your signature. I have verified you by your email address and I found and corrected the number. You are now able to view the support forum in full.
