CLOSED access rights to P3D

Hallo friends, I have paid the 4.99 dolars but I had to format the hard disck he said I need to pay again.

what is the solution ?

To re-instate your access to Prepar3D for REX please do the following:

1.) Please reactivate your access using the following site: http://www.rexwebservices.com/issuetracker/customervalidation.aspx

2.) Please retrieve your user information go to the following site: http://www.rexwebservices.com/issuetracker/useraccount.aspx

3.) Open REX and navigate to the CONFIGURATION MANAGER->GENERAL TAB

4.) Click the RESTORE button under the BACKUP/RESTORE CONFIGURATION SETTINGS header.

5.) Enter your username and password you created when you purchased the item.

6.) Click the RESTORE button

Dear Support Team, I'm also had similar problem after format and re-install REX for P3d... all the steps given above complied, but still nil joy.

I'm not received any email as reference after payment. This the only information from credit card statement

mierulz, you need to email Reed Stough at r_stough [at] realenvironmentxtreme [dot] com. It sounds like you have duplicate accounts.

 

In addition, if you have an issue in the future, please post a separate topic.
