CLOSED Activate P3D

Enter all my details into Configuration Manager / Purchase Now screens.  Press Pay Now and nothing happens.  REX just locks up and no purchase.

 

Tried doing Restores and same thing.  Nothing happens.

 

What's the problem?

Did you ever receive a receipt notification via the app OR email?

Hi - thanks for the quick response.  No, I didn't receive anything.  The cursor just goes into "egg timer / waiting mode" and nothing happens.  I've tried on multiple occasions over the last two days and it's always the same.

Our servers are running properly. 

 

Are you running antivirus software, if so, which?

Are you running a firewall?

Please open REX and navigate to the ABOUT window and let us know what build you current are using.

Hello i have the same problem I buy yesterday P3D support of REX 4, and when i valid my command  REX open google chrome and don't found the server, but the p3d support is activated ! When i update the version of REX i can't activate the P3D support in REX Essential, i update the last version of REX 3.3.2013.0715. I read forum for this problem :

 

To re-instate your access to Prepar3D for REX please do the following:

1.) Please reactivate your access using the following site: http://www.rexwebser...validation.aspx
2.) Please retrieve your user information go to the following site: http://www.rexwebser...seraccount.aspx
3.) Open REX and navigate to the CONFIGURATION MANAGER->GENERAL TAB
4.) Click the RESTORE button under the BACKUP/RESTORE CONFIGURATION SETTINGS header.
5.) Enter your username and password you created when you purchased the item.
6.) Click the RESTORE button 

 

And Nothing, i check my bank and the the bank charged me 5$ (3,67 €)
