RESOLVED Cannot Install Textures Until You Have A Valid P3D Key

Hey I've been reading the forums trying to figure out why I cannot install textures into P3D. I have purchased a P3D key and it is activated in REX.

I keep getting this message when trying to install:

I have tried to restore my settings by entering my username and password. It says it was successful but I still end up with the same message. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated! If you need more info let me know!

To re-instate your access to Prepar3D for REX please do the following:

1.) Please reactivate your access using the following site: http://www.rexwebservices.com/issuetracker/customervalidation.aspx

2.) Please retrieve your user information go to the following site: http://www.rexwebservices.com/issuetracker/useraccount.aspx

3.) Open REX and navigate to the CONFIGURATION MANAGER->GENERAL TAB

4.) Click the RESTORE button under the BACKUP/RESTORE CONFIGURATION SETTINGS header.

5.) Enter your username and password you created when you purchased the item.

6.) Click the RESTORE button
