Please assist, System: WiFndows 10, 64 bit OS, X64-base processor, i5-6200U CPU 2.3-2.4 GHz Software: FSX installed in Program Files (x86) folder with User Account Control turned off. What am I doing incorrectly? 1. After clicking OK to update your version of REX Texture direct and run the download, I encounter the following error: This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it… 2. After installing my theme to FSX and selecting OK to start flight simulator and select Fly Now, FSX is still displaying the standard graphics and not REX4.
Dear REX-Team, First of all: Many thanks for the great products - you are doing a great job! I recently upgraded my system to Prepar3d v3 and Windows 10 64 bit. The entire system was "built from scratch" hence there was no old version of Prepar3d v2.5 or else. Unfortunately, I am unable to install any new theme from the REX install tool, as I always get a error like this or similar (path changes depending of the texture I want to install): install.installTheme()_System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException Could not find a part of the path ‘\Scenery\Global\TextureAIR_Jetway2.dds’. at System.IO_ErrrorWinIOError(int32 error Code, String maybe fullPath) at System.IO.file.internalCopy(String sourceFileName, String destFileName, Boolean overwrite, Boolean checkHost) at System.IO.FileInfo.CopyTo(StringDestFileName, Boolean overwrite) at rextexturedirect.functions.InstallTheme(String srtThemeID) Yes, I have already updated to the last version... What could be wrong? Best regards, Martin
