  1. I'm trying to install the new version of REX 4 Texture Direct (With Soft Clouds) after a clean install of Windows but when I download the files through the REX Download Manager no setup file is provided.
  2. Hi, I installed the program as per instructions on the manual but when I try to install ant texture set I get a crash, everytime. I don't have any anti-virus or firewall installed. Thank you. David DD
  3. Dear Admns: Before posting I have been trying to find a solution . I have not been able to find anything and this is why I am posting. I purchased REX soft clouds 2015-01-29 from REX store order number ZPQOFDKCN. Everything was working fine. . A few days ago I had to un install everything a start clean . now that I am at the point of installing soft clouds I cant. firewall is down, uac is down , and no antivirus, I had one but deleted everything , including manually and using a cleaner of the antivirus. I have net framework 4.5.2 installed. I have been trying to install the software with the original doewnload of the email when I first got iut. since that did not work I wentr to my email and downloaded it again through the download manager , I go through all the steps , but it will not install. im attaching links of screenshots so you can see my problem , hop[efully youy can figure something out , its a great software!!   4. Hello, My name is Jose. I bought REX soft clouds like two weeks ago and when I was installing it a window camed out with some information I really didn´t thought that was important. Now i´m thinking that´s the principal problem but I don´t know. The problem is that when I run REX soft clouds and starts it shows the bar that´s initializing the programme but when that bar it´s almost completed a window appears saying i have a sql server problem, it says that my intaller is corrupted or something like that and that i have to uninstall and reinstall everything again. I´ve done this several times and in many diferrent ways and the result is always the same. I´ve tried to find a topic talking about how to fix this but I haven´t found it so I would really appreciate you help because I cant find the way to fix this problem and make work properly the REX soft clouds programme.   5. Hi, i purchased REX Soft Clouds with SP1 as a download version from the REX Store yesterday. Every time i start the REX Download Manager (File: rexsoftclouds_setup) it ends up downloading at a rate of 23 bytes/sec. Does somebody know what's the issue here? I use a Win 7 64-bit system. Help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!!!! Matthias, Ãœberlingen, Germany

Hello their.....Im still awaiting for an answer that i have posted about an Invalid Serial no..for REX Soft Clouds...I have sent my signature so just to vertify it's me......My Order no is again RRYSPAXCO downloaded on the 03.01.2015..Could i have some feedback or a another Serial No so i can proceed with the installation.....Thanks Romeo...
