  1. After I configure the path for sim and weather engine, resolution quality etc on the configuration page. I press the texture bar (i.e. Cloud, Sound, Light etc) at the bottom. No matter what I click on, the software will crash!!!!!!! Absolutely not usable! PS: P3D v4, Enhanced Edition
  2. Hi, Can someone please tell me what on earth I have to do to get some support from this company? I have provided my order number / receipt details using the appropriate thread on this problem and STILL my original question is being ignored. I am trying to get through to someone using create > new topic on this website but most categories are greyed out so I can't even ask my question in the right place. I have purchased a boxed version of REX 4 texture direct with soft clouds (The Flight Sim Store - #FSS0462437) which will not update itself. Every time I start the program it prompts me to update then when I try to run the .exe it fails, providing this message: "This installation package could not be opened. Verify the package exists and that you can access it or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer package" PLEASE, CAN A MEMBER OF REX STAFF RESPOND? Thanks.
  3. Hello! I purchased REX Texture Direct and have downloaded everything required, but am having an issue installing it. All the .cab files are present and intact (I can open each of them within Windows), and I have successfully installed SQL server and .NET framework, etc. The installer does not give me any errors regarding prerquisites. The error I'm getting is while the installer is copying new files, it throws an error saying it can't find "thumbs.db_103" in the cab file (I think cab2). It doesn't give me any option except to cancel, and then proceeds to rollback the installation to zero. I haven't messed with cab files before, but I'm almost to the point of trying to inject said file just to try and get it to work. Thanks!
