  1. I have this issue too. And i reported it right now at the beta Build connect Forum and the previous version 0625 also. But no one worked on this issue. Federico has seen it online by teamviewer. Also happens if i use the new button in the mini ui beta version Lightning Values ON. ( first line on top of the mini ui). Very irritating it isnt solved. There are more tickets right now reporting this issue. Also at the connect section. Regards Marcus
  2. Hi the night/day cycle is broken and the sun won't rise unless I force it too with preview time, please fix it very soon. I use AS+EF. Cheers, ollie.
  3. Hi. First screen default p3d v4.5 without any external weather program. Everything set to none (vis set to 40nm - 64km) in p3d weather advanced mode. Second screen exactly same condition with EF newest build. Drastically reduced visibility despite the fact that visibility is set to 64nm - 100km in EF.
  4. hey i installed the new update. it works fine when i start it up. i turn off the sim and i restart the sim and i get black grounds and grey skies. i have delete shaders re did the client and i start back EF and it worked but then i turn off the sim and utrn it back on this happens.
  5. Water always looks like that - bland and flat. I can change it in mini UI to look great but within a few seconds it always reverts back to this. It looks the same in all situations and weather conditions or geographical location. I have P3D v4.5, water setting in P3D is on High. EF is in Automation mode. This is probably not how water should look, right? What's the issue?
  6. When activating HDR within P3Dv4 I still have the blooming issue with the pmdg 737 where the instruments are far too bright at night. The HDR settings in the mini UI don’t work. I can remember this worked in one previous version... Does anyone have an Idea ?
  7. Hi, When I turn on auto mode the sun disappears and I can only see the lens flare and light from the sun. Turning it on manual mode makes the sun appear again. Cheers, Jim
  8. Is it possible that enviroment force does not work with virtual reality? For Simming I only use VR and now since I installed EF, my Oculus Rift is not working anymore with Flyinside-FSX. I also tried to activate the P3D VR mode, but I cant find the option in the menu either. I bought this Software, because it says right at the homepage "works with every addon", which is right now not the case for me. I just had to deinstall the EF to get my Sim working again like I am used to. Questions: - Did I do something wrong, or is VR currently not supported (with flyinside)? - When no, will it be supported in the future?
  9. I remember reading that the moving water not working issue with set to “ high “ was going to be addressed in the latest update. My water is still not moving set to high... wondering if I am missing something or it will be corrected in a future update? all in all REX team EF is Epic and I can only think will keep evolving.
  10. I use SF, AS4 + EF. Can someone explain, why I can not change the 3D cloud-sets in "3D clouds texture sync" in manual mode with running AS4?
  11. Hey, installed newest version of env. force. First it worked. But after next start, view 2 and 3 where blacked out. No chance to recover. Uninstalled and views where ok again. REX skyforce was not running at the same time. 3 projectors, Immersive display pro, p3dv4.4 Regards Michael
  12. I am writing this as a follow up to my previous thread with the same title because it was closed. Sorry for the wait - I had my computer undergo a significant hardware change and it took longer than expected. I noticed I couldn't change cloud textures in manual mode. Cirrus and sky textures would change just fine. I just noticed that it's not working whenever ASP4 is running. Without ASP4 I don't have that issue. Attached is a screenshot of the REXModules folder as requested. The last file which is not in the screenshot is weatheroutput.xml. Thank you
  13. Hi, I know the Team is mighty busy. I was just reading the latest manual but it does not include the new use of HDR Adaptation etc that I can see. I am guessing the procedure is as with the Beta. Can the manual be updated when time allows, please? Regards, Keith
  14. Hi, Anyone knows how to prevent significant changes during weather update? Sometimes my mach speed is increasing from 0.8 event to 0.87 causing dramatic interuption to flight path. Regards, Kris
  15. A few weeks ago I posted videos etc about auto throttle issues with the ifly 737 and the thread was closed pending the fix. Has 2.2 fix addressed this issue before I reinstall the ifly 737 ? Thanks REX
  16. Hello A few weeks ago I got an annoying .NET Framework error message that keeps popping on without change the hardware of my computer. I have windows 10(64) framework 4.8 and sky force 3d build 5.0.2019.0514 See the end of this message for details on invoking just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box. ************** 17. I had posted in a similar topic but my post was removed. Like others, I cant get the new build to do anything over a network. Its installed on a machine where the old version worked and Active Sky is also working so I know my network is good. When I click to start the weather it just never injects anything into the sim.
  18. Another question, sorry! If using EF in Automatic mode, like I see being reported people seem to prefer turning ExposureKey in the MiniUI to a very low level. Question is when starting a new flight everything being started afresh with EF auto mode remember the setting. Other words does it keep the lowExposureKey setting? Thank you.
  19. I have the latest version of REX Worldwide Airports installed (build 5.1.2018.0725) and I recently installed GSX. I've found that checking the "Disable pushback models when using GSX" option doesn't do anything. The REX models of the pusback tugs are still there. I am running FSX Accelleration, Windows 7. Any help would be apprediated.
  20. I have read REX 4 TD w/ SC Enhanced Edition's manual pages 56 thru 59 several times and now realize that it differs from my experience. The following happens in the following order: 1.) When I click on Themes and then the Weather tab, I enter the ICAO and click Submit, after that I click Generate because Save is always grayed out at this juncture. After clicking on Generate a pop up instantly comes on the screen that says "Success - Install Theme - Cancel or Okay". I click Okay. The computer "thinks" for 5 to 7 seconds and then: 2.) Immediately the red pop up that says Fly Now. I click on Cancel. 3.) When these 2 popup screens have been dealt with as I laid out above then the Save button that the manual refers to can now be clicked on because no pop up screens are in the way. So do I now click on Save after the above pop ups are out of the way? If I do nothing really happens in sending the newly generated theme textures to FSX, then doesn't that make things operate opposite of what the manual says to do and therefore in my case makes the theme textures not install into FSX? When I close the program I get 1 last pop up that says, "Are you sure? Would you like to backup your texture theme database - Cancel or Okay". If I click Cancel or Okay the result is the same, the program just closes. I always run REX 4 TD/ SC Enhanced Edition by running as Admin. FSX is not running nor is my weather engine, and not any other program. brandon
  21. Hi guys! I am using the latest version of REX TD enhanced version. When I do my settings first, choose P3Dv4 as the desired version of P3D and than go the the textures , REX TD went back to P3Dv3 in the settings! Also it is starting P3Dv3 after installing the textures. I can't get it to work in Version 4 of P3D. Any ideas? Scott
  22. Hello,, I will be preparing to install Texture Direct Enhanced in the next few days, but before I begin the process I'd like to clarify a situation. Let's say I install the full bank of textures, but after a short period of time I decide to remove a particular texture, for example Cloud Effects - Lightning. I understand I would uncheck the box on the Texture Install Configuration page, but that would just stop from updating that section in the future. My question would be how to -remove- the lightning textures (only), and restore the original P3D lightning textures. I'm hoping I do not have to fully restore -all- the P3D textures, and then do another pass of applying the REX textures. Just would like to be aware of the process, before I jump into the texture pool Thx, Mike
  23. I have prepar3D v3.4 and v4 installed, I have just installed REX texture direct and soft clouds enhanced for my v4 installation. I already had them installed for v3.4. I still use v3.4 periodically to fly the majestic Q400. After installing the enhanced version and during setup, I pointed to the folder that held my Active sky P3Dv4 installation. While doing this I noticed that there is no means to point Active sky separately to my P3Dv3.4 installation. When I select v3.4 in the REX setup it only show where the AS P3Dv4 is found. Does this mean that if I wish to use P3Dv3.4 with REX I need to run the setup again and point to my AS P3Dv3.4 location? Could you add a separate path provision for those that have both versions of Prepar3D and Active sky installed. Steve
