  1. Posting for verification. My order number is MUCRIJSLP and I purchased the item from REX 11/29/2016. Cheers
  2. My order number is MUCRIJSLP Please can you make your 'Product Support' page much easier to use. I have just tried to create a new topic under Worldwide Airports HD but both of the two options which are shown in the drop-down box are greyed out and therefore impossible to select. Why? My main reason for requesting support is thus: First an observation. On the opening page for the update we are told this is a full and complete installation of the Worldwide Airports which is now compatible with P3D v4.x and that it will automatically uninstall any previous version. We are told to click the link below the blurb. The link actually includes the word 'Servicepack'. What is it - a complete install or a service pack, it can't be both. Secondly, I have downloaded it and right clicked the .exe file and all seemed to be fine. When I was asked to confirm the order reference and serial number I duly obliged by copying and pasting both from the email I received with that information. However, your system then told me that it was unable to recognise the serial number. Any explanation for this strange behaviour? Regards Lowflyer48
  3. If this is not for support, where the hell do I post a question for support?
  4. I currently fly in FSX using Active Sky Next and Flight Environment X (FEX) but in the next couple of weeks I'll be making the switch to P3D V3. I understand that FEX doesn't currently work in P3D although I'm told there are a couple of work-arounds. However, I've seen some videos on YouTube where REX produces wonderful cloud and lighting effects. As a result I think I want to purchase a REX product. The problem is that there are so many different versions of what appears to be the same product. My question is - Which product do I need to give me good clouds such as I had with FEX? I don't mind having to purchase a couple of add-ons but I don't want to then have to do a lot of tweaking to get them to work together. I might have the time because I'm retired but I don't want to spend my days just playing with settings. Thanks in anticipation for your help.
