Good to hear! May we mark this as resolved then?
We are looking into how exactly we want to proceed with water modifications moving forward, which is one of the reasons why right now we haven't updated water capabilities. In Environment Force, we will be introducing new water modifications (NOT textures) that improve the water dramatically! We are still looking into what we may do beyond that, but know that it is currently an active development of ours.
We probably just need to reset the key.

Per your signature, you purchased REX Essential from the REX Store, and REX 4 from SimMarket. Worldwide Airports is not listed, but my guess would be it was from one of those two.

Based on the message you posted I think you are on the right track; the crash didn't appear to be SF related. Keep us posted on how it goes.

1.) Please provide screenshots of your scenery settings of your flight simulator
2.) Please provide screenshots of your resolutions settings of Sky Force
3.) Please list any 3rd party scenery you have installed
4.) Please list if you are using any 3rd party aircraft which you may have installed
5.) Please provide a list of other 3rd party add-ons you have running in your simulator. (ie. GSX, etc.)

Which .dll is at fault here? Can you post a screenshot of the crash you are receiving?
Nothing would be messed up permanently by injecting while the sim is open; it is like you said, the changes just won't show up in your current sim instance.
As long as you have Sky Force open in the background, it will sync real-time weather into the simulator no matter where you are.
If you are flying with a flight plan, you can improve the accuracy of the injections by importing your plan into Sky Force in the Flight Center area (the 'airplane' in the left column).

We are beginning beta testing for the radar update this week. After a week or so if all goes well it should be released.
Are you saying that now Texture Direct is simply off your system?
Could you provide some screenshots of what you were seeing, or links to those videos?
Since you have a clean install of Windows, to uninstall Sky Force all you need to do is delete the folder.
To download a new copy of Sky Force, you can do so from your previous purchases area at the REX Store.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Your build number is already Technical Update 2.
To answer your questions: first, yes you should keep Sky Force open even when you're not using the weather engine. The Cloud Sync feature requires Sky Force to remain open.
Whenever you install textures, they remain in the simulator until you change them. If you want to check what you last installed, you can check via the "Currently In-Sim" area that Anthony mentioned above.
What do you mean that it "won't install"? Are you getting an error message? Are you simply not seeing the results in the simulator?

Just checked KSLC, EDDM, and EGLL as examples and they are pulling up fine. Perhaps a temporary glitch?

That looks like the correct path - what is the problem?
The vast majority of those entries are product updates that you should not remove. However, I do notice that you appear to have the Soft Clouds integration installed into Texture Direct - that means you can uninstall the REX Soft Clouds entries, starting with the most recent update (SP3 - Hotfix 34) and working backwards to SP1.
