PRODUCT: REX 5 – Environment Force VERSIONS: Technical Update 2.0 Technical Update 1.1 Technical Update 1.0 Release Build LEVEL: HIGH DATE: Wednesday, September 11, 2019 ISSUE: Not seeing the mini ui when starting the simulator or receiving a dll.xml error message. SOLUTION: If you are not experiencing the mini ui within your simulator, please perform the following procedure: Step 1 - Please make sure your simulator and Environment Force are closed. Step 2 - Please uninstall Environment Force Step 3 - Please make a backup of the dll.xml file located in the {drive name}:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4 folder. The delete the original. IMPORTANT: If you delete the original and you have other 3rd party add-ons that use the DLL.xml, they will no longer work. You will need to restore your original DLL.xml file. Step 4 - Restart your sim and let it rebuild the dll.xml file. Step 5 - After the sim is started close it out. Step 6 - Re-install Environment Force, start it and register it. Step 7 - Start your simulator.

KB20190717.02 - MISSING WEATHER RENDERING NOW FIXED PRODUCT: REX 5 – Sky Force VERSIONS: Technical Update 2.2 Technical Update 2.1 Technical Update 2.1 Technical Update 1.0 Release LEVEL: Low DATE: Wednesday, July 17, 2019 ISSUE: Sky Force was not rendering weather properly for certain areas of the world. SOLUTION: We found an error on our server code and was able to resolve the issue. Fix was immediately delivered to all builds. No updates required. ACTION: No updates required

KB20190723.01 - MANUAL TEXTURE SWAP ISSUE PRODUCT: REX 5 – Environment Force VERSIONS: Technical Update 2.0 Technical Update 1.1 Technical Update 1.0 Release LEVEL: Moderate DATE: Tuesday, July 23, 2019 ISSUE: Since the most recent release of HIFI's Active Sky for Prepar3D v4, that it has broken the ability to manually swap 3D Cloud Textures. SOLUTION: No solution at this time. ACTION: Development team is working on a fix to be released in Technical Update 2.1.

KB20190717.01 - AUTOMATION NOT CLEARING SHADERS PRODUCT: REX 5 – Environment Force VERSIONS: Technical Update 2.0 Technical Update 1.1 Technical Update 1.0 Release LEVEL: Moderate ISSUE DATE: Wednesday, July 17, 2019 ISSUE: It has been reported that Environment Force is not clearing the shaders after closing. It has been confirmed this is a result of the user closing Environment Force in Automation Mode. However, the shaders cache does get cleared if the users is in Manual Mode and closes Environment Force. SOLUTION: A temporary solution is to go back to Manual Mode and then close Environment Force. ACTION: Development is underway to fix the issue in Technical Update 2.1.
