Hi Yes. Sky Force is the replacement engine No, Environment Force has no previous iterations and not associated with REX 4 Texture Direct as REX 5 Sky Force is the REX 4 series replacement. Environment Force is a new product and part of the REX 5 product line I hope this clears up our product line upgrades, if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask.

Alright, done. Here is what I did ... - Searched Microsoft SQL Server Express 2016 ( Don't know about posting other websites, but the website ends in .... =56840) - Downloaded and installed the exe file. It is a dark grey themed install window. - When I did it the first time, the subsequent program that offers additional downloads did not open, however on my second try, and choosing a custom install did the trick. So on initial install choose the custom option. - After install a customization window opens. It is a step by step process and easy to understand. I chosse to leave the auto updates OFF - When you get to additional features, choose LocalDb. At the end of the steps, the package installs. (There's an extended quiet period, but it is installing) - Install complete, exit and install REF. Cheers...

rstough, Thank you. I started this thread with the title "I don't understand relationships," and I can't say I do yet. But I thought I had learned that installing the SkyForce cloud models supersedes the SoftClouds ones. Right? I also thought that the TD TEXTURES (e.g., runways) had nothing to do with the clouds. Right? I still don't understand what SDK does, and, with all respect, I found your last 2 sentences challenging. In any case, I am about to fly away from home IRL for a few weeks, and will return to this thread later, and work further on SDK. For now, I note that I have been simming since FS2 on an Apple IIc. When I got a PC in or about 1993, I was astounded by FS4 (colors!). When I first saw FS95 at a Radio Shack, my jaw dropped (2D panel, and you could see the knurls on the knobs!). So it's almost a quarter-century later, and the attached pic, taken this evening between Bogota and Quito, leaves me astonished. Can it get better? I'm not so sure I care -- it's all a question of perspective. Mac6737

Good Day! As you can see in the headline, I'm not verified. Actually, it should only take 12 hours until you are verified. But it didn't work for me. I hope there is a solution! PS: I don't know if this is the right forum for such concerns.
