This may seem a weird question but...

I have noticed in many screen shots and especially in the Playsims Southern Scotland promotional screen shots there are lovely, BIG drifting puffy clouds.

I have FSX and REX but I still, for the most part , seem to get small, unrealistic, crappy, puffy, cotton ball clouds littering the sky no matter what I try. Am I missing a trick here? Where are the BIG sprawlling grey clouds with the occasional breaks of blue I seem to see everywhere in screen shots?

I am not 100% sure, but THIS may be what you need to take a look at...

It makes no real difference, I just get more "little blobs". I really hope I can get those big sweeping clouds into my Scottish sky without having always having to set an approaching storm as a "bodge".

By the way, what does "ENB" stand for?

It looks like the "Fair Weather" setting in FSX... Does this do the same when you say go to "user defined" and customize and putting the clouds: overcast to full.... with advance settings cumulus 5-11000ft...overcast 8/8

I had the same when I'd shut down the REX user panel, now I just minimize it and let it change the weather and add those big beautiful clouds.

Here is shot using the real-world weather from the REX weather engine. This is just NW of Waco Texas. Simply booted up FSX chose the area, loaded REX weather, and voila.
